Browser-local processing

Odelvo's current tools process your input locally in your browser. Text, code, images, and files used by the tools are not uploaded to an Odelvo processing server. This design also means Odelvo does not need an account or a stored tool history for normal use.

Analytics

Odelvo uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and performance. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions with the site, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and other technical usage data. Odelvo does not intentionally send the text, code, images, or files you enter into its browser-local tools to Google Analytics.

Google AdSense and advertising

Odelvo has integrated Google AdSense code to connect the site with Google's advertising service and prepare it for review. Visible ads may not be served until Google approves and enables advertising for the site. Loading the AdSense integration can cause your browser to communicate with Google even when no visible ad is shown. When advertising is active, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve, measure, protect, and, where permitted, personalize advertising. The technologies and data used depend on the advertising configuration and the visitor's settings and choices.

Where consent is required, Odelvo will use the consent mechanism configured for the advertising service. Visitors may be asked to choose whether advertising technologies can be used for purposes such as personalized advertising, and available choices can vary by location and applicable law. Google provides information about how it uses information from sites that use its services and how users can control advertising settings:

For visitors in regions where Google's consent requirements apply, the advertising setup will use the consent solution required for the relevant Google publisher products before personalized advertising is served. Odelvo will not present advertising as active before the related advertising service has actually been enabled.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Odelvo adds or changes a third-party service, advertising configuration, or another data practice. The current version on this page is the version that applies to the site.
